The Rev. W. Frank Allen

Retired Rector, St. David’s Episcopal Church; Board of Directors President

The Rev. W. Frank Allen served as Rector of St. David’s Church since 1997. He retired in 2023. He grew up in Dallas, TX and attended Duke University on academic and music scholarships. After graduating with a degree in history, Frank worked for a large construction company in Philadelphia before answering the call to the priesthood.

Since Frank became President of the St. James School Board of Directors in 2020, we completed our first capital campaign, navigated COVID-19, and
finalized the acquisition of a new property.
