CURRICULUM

Students participate in a rigorous academic curriculum which includes:

An algebra based program aligned with national common core standards that focus on small group instruction and use of concrete manipulates.

Reading and writing workshops which incorporate editing to publishing, topics from current history and art subjects and public speaking.

Use of the green campus for innovative experiments based on the scientific method.

Focus on Western and Eastern History, World Cultures and Geography.

Introduction to an instrument, music appreciation and exposure to the music of the world.

Art appreciation and application with a focus on multicultural art.

Prayer and social justice used for both personal expression and further spiritual reflection in the Episcopal tradition of inclusion.
